David Johnson (Headteacher)

I have been the Headteacher at Cliffedale Primary School since January 2023, after previously working for ten years as a Deputy Headteacher at Market Deeping Community Primary School. I have also worked as KS2 Moderator as I specialise in writing, and as a consultant for writing and curriculum development for Keystone, based in Bourne, working with colleagues in other schools to improve these areas within a collaborative and supportive approach. During my time at Market Deeping, I worked with external consultants from Skillsbuilder and Achievement for All, introducing, embedding and developing best practice for Personal Development and for giving additional support to vulnerable groups of children (Pupil Premium and SEN).
